I want to share with you my passion for healthy cooking and living…
believing that preparing fresh, nutritious meals is the key to healthy living.
My life has always centered around fresh, whole foods. I grew up on a Hereford cattle ranch in Central Texas where we always had a large garden full of more fresh fruit and vegetables than we could possibly eat. After securing a Bachelor of Communication and Master of Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin, I worked in the US Senate on agriculture policy…later working as an agricultural lobbyist in
Washington, DC for farmers for 13 years.
Now living in Dallas, I am a wife, mom to 3 children, former marathon runner, lover of French food and a student of nutrition and healthy lifestyle. I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a Master Certification.
