Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are best known as a super food...with good reason. Two tablespoons of chia equals 5 grams of protein. Nutritious and delicious chia pudding...just 4 ingredients. I always have a batch in the refrigerator to enjoy for breakfast, snack or dessert!


Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond milk (I make my own almond milk with JOI)

½ cup organic chia seeds

1-2 tablespoons organic maple syrup

1 teaspoon organic vanilla


Instructions

In a large mason jar add the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla....shake vigorously. Place lid tightly on jar and place overnight in refrigerator.

Will keep in the refrigerator for 5 days.


Serve in a bowl plain, with fruit and/or nuts.
