MM's Favorite Energy Balls

Easy to prepare energy balls for a tasty snack any time of the day. They are loaded with protein and so filling.


Ingredients

2 cups organic sprouted oats

½ cup ground flax seek

½ cup local honey

1/2 cup organic peanut butter

1 tablespoon organic black chia seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 scoop canilla protein powder

½ cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

Add all ingredients but chocolate chips to food processor. Pulse until blended, about 7 times.

Transfer mixture to large bowl and add chocolate chips; stir to combine.

Form mixture into 1 inch balls and place on lined baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours; transfer to glass container with lid and store in refrigerator until ready to consume.
